Mihaela is an art lover and business professional with BBA who loves to spend her time in nature, to create memories with her dog, Peach, and to attempt new hobbies.

Every since Mihaela moved to Canada, she has been yearning to preserve her Bulgarian culture and heritage. So, at the age of 10, Mihaela found immense love for traditional Bulgarian dancing. She has been now dancing for almost 15 years and hopes to continue to do so for many more! In recent years,

ABOUT DANCING

Mihaela aided in the establishment of the Zornitza Dance Ensemble, for whom she’s an active member, and also began teaching Bulgarian dance for children. She cherishes the memories she’s been making with all the other dancers and appreciates the community the ensemble has built.

Mihaela’s passion for the Bulgarian culture continues to grow and she is excited to see where Zornitza Dance Ensemble takes her next!
