ABOUT DIANA
Diana is a 16 year old dancer who has been dancing Bulgarian Folk Dance since 2021. She has been in Canada since June of 2019 and has had the pleasure of joining the Bulgarian community in Vancouver ever since she arrived.
Diana is a full time high school student who values her grades and success in school, with the goal of graduating and follow the journey to becoming a future Architect. Some of her hobbies except for dance are reading, drawing, painting, and listening to music. She appreciates a widespread genre of books and music, and sitting down with a sketchbook and pencil. She can be found doing whichever in her free time if she is not dancing.

ABOUT DANCINGDiana enjoys the company of her teammates in Zornitza Dance Ensemble and the healthy environment the team provides. She dances to maintain the connection to her Bulgarian roots and to contribute to the Bulgarian community in her province. Her love towards dancing keeps the joy in her alive as well as the opportunity to do it with so many of her close friends. Diana's love for dancing goes beyond Bulgarian Folk, as she has a admiration towards Hip Hop as well.
